Nunner flags off new cargo train from China to Europe

A new freight train service from Chongqing  was launched on Saturday. “TheChina Train”, as it is called, negotiates roughly 11,000 kilometers on its journey from Chongqing through Kazakhstan to Duisburg. It must cross both endlessly wide steppes and several mountain chains

“The growing Chinese goods traffic, together with the ongoing shift from production-intensive industries to the Chinese hinterland, offers a lot of potential”says Erik Groot-Wassink, Director Special Products at NUNNER  “The journey will take 15 days as the train passes through Russia and Poland before reaching its destination”. Before the end of the year NUNNER is planning to  have train services to Duisburg and Moscow from Shanghai, Ningbo, Yiwu, Chongqing, Zhengzhou, lib archive and Wuhan.  Want to know more about our China Train? Click here.
