Last week Nunner Logistics‘s Erwin Cootjans and Erik Groot Wassink visited Kazach railoperator KTZ Express in Kazachstans capital ASTANA to discuss common logistics investment projects. It was great to meet Vice President Nurlan Igembaev, PhD, MBA and his team and to enjoy Kazach hospitality. It was also a great pleasure to be guided by our friend Yerbol Nurmakhan through one of the most amazing cities we ever visited standing a temperature of -41 degrees Celsius. In 20 years a modern city was developed in the mid of Kazach steppe with nowadays more than 1 million inhabitants and architectural miracles like “Khan Shatyr” Shopping Entetainment Center, Bayterek tower, the Palace of Peace Pyramid, the Presidential palace “Ak Orda” and much more.
