Wroclaw, 2023 October 27th. Deal done! We recently signed a lease for a new development near Wroclaw in Poland. And: construction has already started! For one of our clients, an US-based multinational with manufacturing in Poland, we will run a warehouse of 23.000 m2 from mid-2024. Thanks to our landlord Hillwood and to LCube (Jakub Rzeżuchowski, Michal Stachura) for the patience and constructive negotiations. We look forward to watch the development of the construction in the coming months.
