The carillon of the legendary Lips (now Wärtsilä) returns to the site where the LIPS factories used to be and where intospace (formerly Somerset Capital Management LLP) has developed a 30,000m2 warehouse for NUNNER Logistics. We look forward to putting this piece of cultural heritage into use!
