Eindhoven/Vienna, 2022 December 14th, Focus Real Estate in cooperation with Logística de Nunner will develop a stunning high-visibility logistic location of no less than 60,000m² at one of the most strategic locations in Austria, namely in the Vienna-Bratislava-Budapest triangle, close to Parndorf and located directly at the motorway. The construction permit is expected in the first quarter of 2023 after which construction activities can start. The expected completion date is the first quarter of 2024.
