Crossdock Coordinator
What does the job involve?
As Cross-Dock Coordinator, together with the team leader, you will ensure an optimal and safe working environment with attention to order, tidiness and discipline. You supervise the daily operations and are the figurehead for efficiency and progress. You are a spider in the web for all persons and parties involved in the Cross-Dock.
What are you going to do?
As an Warehouse coordinator you take care of the day-to-day management of the Operators and the guidance and coaching of (new) employees. You also keep an eye on whether employees are present on the work floor. You also ensure that the operational targets are achieved and you ensure a safe and reliable workplace. Finally, there are a few minor administrative tasks that you need to do. You will work in 2 shifts where working hours are divided as follows:
– 05:30h – 14:30h & 14:00h – 23:00h
When will you fit into this position?
As Cross-Dock Coordinator, you take care of the daily management, supervision and coaching of (new) employees. Furthermore, you will ensure that operational targets are met and provide a safe and reliable workplace. Finally, there are a few small administrative tasks you have to perform.

– MBO working and thinking level and mastery of the Dutch and/or English language, both verbally and in writing.
– Experience in logistics and in a directing role.

– You take care of your people and customers.
