Warehouse Operations Officer

What will you do?

As a Warehouse Operations Officer, you act as the key link between the customer and our internal departments such as Warehouse OPS, Transport OPS, Customs, and Shared Services. You ensure that customer requests are handled quickly and correctly, and that all logistics processes in the warehouse are well coordinated.

You translate customer needs into clear internal actions and monitor the progress of shipments in the WMS. You are also responsible for administrative tasks such as order entry, customs documentation, and updating KPI reports. You take initiative when improvements are needed and communicate proactively with all stakeholders.

In this role, you combine customer focus, process control, and a hands-on mentality.

What do we ask of you?

  • You have completed an MBO-level education, preferably in transport and logistics.
  • You have experience with warehouse processes and WMS systems.
  • You are communicatively strong in English (an additional language is a plus).
  • You have a customer-first mindset and think in solutions, not problems.
  • You are stress-resistant, flexible, and proactive.
  • You can work independently, but are above all a true team player.
  • You are proficient with MS Office.
